Nice idea on the paper. In real, with the necessary gap for opening, the clearance between the glass and the bezel inside each part and moreover the unavoidable vision of the dark slice of plastic, the result is less evident...
Precisely, the area where the bezel has to go inward required a specific attention. Here, we are at the edge of the object, very close to the limit of moldability, with a very small freedom of action if we want avoiding complex features in the mold.
I would say too technical for the designer and too design for the technician...A typical modeler's job.
